SHIPPING 

• • Free standard shipping in the US (3-5 days).

• • International shipping charges will apply.

• • Provide 5-7 days for additional production time of customized/personalized products.

RETURNS 

• • 14-day policy for returning products, after that no return will be accepted.

• • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you
    received it, in original packing.

• • To process a return, mail the return to the address on the shipping label, you will be responsible
    for the shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• • If you receive a refund, the costs of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES 

• • 14-day policy for exchanging products, after that no exchange is offered.

• • We will only exchange products if the original products were defective or damaged.

• • If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size please email
    support@untetheredwater.com.

• • To process an exchange, mail the exchange to the address on the shipping label, you will be
    responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.

• • Depending on your location, processing times for exchanges may vary.

REFUNDS 

• • The returned item will be fully inspected, we will notify you when the return is received,
    and if it has been approved or rejected. If approved:

• • Credit will be applied to your credit card or payment method within 10 working days.

• • All discounted items and sales are final.
